I have purchased 2 vehicles now from Charlie's and both times they listened to my needs, my financial limitations and been able to give me exactly what I wanted. They made the process easy and enjoyable. The only thing i had an issue with this time is the salesman that rode with me during the test drive was a back seat driver and didn't allow me to test all aspects of the car so i sent my husband on a test drive without a salesman in order to feel confident

Bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from these guys this past week and I couldnt be happier! I have had great experiences with those models in the past and I dont think this will disappoint! Gorgeous, clean car, smooth ride. The guys at Charlies had all the paperwork ready and the car parked right at the front door when I got there. Great service, I will definitely be back, but hopefully not for a long time :) thanks guys!
Love seeing the comments on how everyone got a great deal on a car when they bought it cause I did too. You dont see much about what happens after you buy it. How bout when you drive the car for about 4000 miles and everything that can go wrong does and they charge you 1400 dollars in LABOR for a bill over 2000. Now i see why the purchase is so nice cuz when you need the car fixed after barely using it they can put the boots to you in repairs. Its all making sense now.

I went to Charlies to look into trading in a car and didn't think I would really be able to get a good trade and finance a newer car. I walked away initially with a rogue but after one day of driving it I hated the car. I called charlies practically in tears and Andy listened to me when I called and said bring it in we will find you something else. Mike the manager called within 5 minutes and said the same thing. Called talked to the rental car guy said I'm on the way. He said he would hang out for 10 extra min. I got there at 4:57pm and he was long gone. They don't close until 5pm. Basically lied to me. Never again will I do any type of transaction with this dealership.
My husband and I went to Charlie's motor Mall on 11/2/17. Someone had hit my husband in our 2009 Rav 4 we had.we didn't have no way of getting a vericle with no money to put down.we went there we was greeted by Bob. He asked what we was looking for,and he went and got the perfect vericle for us.our 2015 Honda CR-V.
