They broke the foundation on the home they were building for us on two separate occasions. And refused to redo the broken areas.
Charleston Homes built our house in Falcon Pointe and we moved into the house in August 2023. The whole process was smooth. First, Cindy Hartsell was outstanding in promptly getting back to us on any questions, issues or changes regarding the build. Secondly, they provided a date for closing up front and we closed on that date. The amount of information provided, either in person or via on-line videos, was very useful.
