The only area for the 2 rating is cleaning the inside windshield. The Windows are so smeared when the sun hits the windshield that it causes a safety hazard. This isn't noticeable until the sun hits the windshield. I always have to clean my inside windshield after paying to have my car cleaned. The other services get a 5 rating. Been going for years and am signed up for the monthly service rates. But please please teach your people how to properly clean the inside of the windshield and to use clean rags. I had the monthly plan for probably two years. I'd noticed a trend where they closed for passing sprinkles of rain and it kept getting harder to find them open for someone that works during the day. I left work in metro D.C. early today to get a wash only to find that they closed 3 1/2 hours early because they were "slow". Convenient for them it was the 1st of the month and they said that billing already processed. Guess what I thought was a deal was me paying for something I couldn't use.
I have been coming here for YEARS thru that time I have never waited more than 15-20 minutes to get a wash and vacuum. The last few times have steadily gone down hill. Maybe it's always been that way, but the purchase of a black car has brought the quality to light. Today I waited for 40 minutes before my car even went in to get vacuumed. They placed my car 3 spots behind where it should have been. I have the unlimited wash for both of my vehicles & Im very pleased with the car washes I've received over the past few years!
The quality of service we use to receive has noticeably plummeted the last 6 months. Nearly every time we have to go back though or ask them to redo something.
Went to this car wash for the first time and was 100% satisfied with the services I received. I love the multi color lights that flash when the lava wax comes down on to your car, it was a cool surprise and made my experience enjoyful. I have went thru a bunch of automatic washes but none have been as great as this one. Also, the staff that I talked to were very helpful and polite. Will be coming back next time I'm in Charles Town!
