Worst effing Carwash I've ever been to I call Monday Tuesday could get anybody to schedule an appointment to get my vehicle detailed so I drive by and talked to a person working there about the detail service I was told I just pull up and drop it off at 9am and pickup at 1pm... What a effing joke this place is I'm sitting there at 9am I guess they open when ever they feel like it, 10am is a great start time maybe they should post that. Could you please be more active in updates on your page. It lists you are open today, when in fact you aren't. I've also been by when it rains/sprinkles hoping I could still get the inside clean l, but no luck. I'm from Martinsburg, so it's not just a round the corner trip for us. Social media would be a wonderful way to keep everyone updated.
I have been coming here since it opened operating 2 bays. Interior/Exterior service used to be super fast (20 mins). Since the 1st year they now only operate 1 bay while prices have gone up and speed has decreased (45 mins to 90mins). Your car is dry before you make it inside for the exterior wipe off. Quality has maintained above average.
I have to say my car is so filthy that the young man told me that if it didn't all come off that I can come back thru for free. Trust you me I had to go back through...lol.
This place needs help! One bay open, frustrated employees on staff and too many cars needing different services done. The owner/operator needs to get more people on and make this car wash better.
