Best detail ever! My car is spotless inside and out, the entire experience at Charles town auto wash is two thumbs up, five star rating! The manager Danny, is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet and all the employees there are respectable and got you covered with exceptional customer service… We will be back! The facility is very well decorated, and waiting for the car was very comfortable as we enjoyed a great cup of (free) coffee, and watching TV on very comfortable couches… It was like being at someone’s house! RecommendedI would not recommend getting the inside of your car cleaned here. The outside looks great but I had to come home and still vacuum & wipe down the inside.
My car was a wreck inside today when I stopped by to have my car cleaned up. These guys did an amazing job.. Because it was so dirty inside I never expected it to clean up so well. I had to call the attendant back out and let him know how good of a job they did!! He was very respectful when we talked Thanks you all for a awesome experience today. Also, when things work out well take the time to let the service or company know.

45min. Wash. Vacuum. Interior windows. Quick wax and buff. You shouldn't be in a hurry if you want all these services done. I have multiple cars and all of them are cleaned by CTAW. Thanks for your good work
Just paid $28 to have my car cleaned inside and out, the mats and door jams still have dust and dirt on them and they didn’t bother to wipe off the back of the front seats. It took almost an hour for them to “clean” my car, they move at a snails pace. I typically go to the car wash in Leesburg where the price is much cheaper and they do a great job a whole lot faster.
