I do not recommend Charles Town auto wash. be aware customer be aware customer they are negligent and at fault for busting tires while directing you to pull into their service area.

This was my second time here. Went once a year ago with my new car and wasn't happy with the finished product. Needed a wash today and decided to give them a second chance. waited in line for them to open. Was second in line so its not like they had any excuses like being tired or too busy. Just got home and not only was there still dirt on the car in the front and back and tires but my front license plate holder his half gone.
