I've been a faithful customer from day one the auto wash opened. Never had a bad experience and the workers took great care of my car from start to finish.
I am also awarding 3 stars because the quality has gone downhill quickly. When the auto wash first opened my husband and I were very happy with the services we purchased and went in almost on a weekly basis. One big complaint that mirrors a previous comment is the time spent waiting for an interior clean. I feel if a detail job or buffing, etc. Is being completed in the wash bay, those larger time consuming jobs should be done on the other side. Great car wash. Mark was able to get out stains on my leather upholstery I thought would never come out. Above and beyond.
I told the guy at the kiosk I wanted the under carriage and rims cleaned. He gave me one option (which was their best option) which was $22.00. I went through the Auto Wash and then gave a lady a ticket after the wash to clean my rims. I should have got out to inspect my vehicle then but I did not. After I got home I realized that my undercarriage was bone dry and only the "easy" part of my rims were cleaned. The lady did not deserve a tip nor did they earn my $22. What constitutes an oversize vehicle? Is it anything but a car that's not oeversized? I have the smallest CUV on the market and was charged $4.00 for an oversize vehicle. I could understand if I had a Suburban. Really questioning my loyalty to this place.
So glad Charles Town has such a great car wash. I have the $29 a month unlimited washes. I love it, you should get it too.
