Had a minor issue with the wash, but Danny very quickly offered to right it. He himself made sure the problem was made right. Excellent customer service.
First time I have ever been to this place. Loved it! It was clean, well organized, staff was friendly, and prices are responsible. They did a great job on my Infiniti FX35!!!
Not only are they more expensive than Frederick but they charge tax now! Not going back, no coupons ever either. Have to watch to see if them finish cleaning too.
The Charles Town Auto Wash did an impeccable job on my Jeep Liberty!!!! Joe was very informative and really had a passion for his job and it showed!! My jeep was beyond a disaster , and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with it :-) great job Charles Town Auto Wash!!
I just had my truck cleaned here and the guys there found a $100 bill that I must have dropped and it went under the seat. It would have been so easy for them to have pocketed this found treasure as I would never have known. But they returned it to me immediately and I am so very grateful! I have always liked the service here and have given many gift cards at Christmas to family members. Now I love this place even more. A big thank you to Joe the assistant manager and all the guys working with him! May God bless you all!
I've been an unlimited interior/exterior car wash customer for over 2 years. They do a great job and are always willing to go the extra mile to meet your expectations. So If your looking for a place to get your car washed. Look no further. Charles Town Auto Wash should be choice #1.
Dear manager, have staff act and dress more professional and don't allow employees to vape at work in front of customers. GROSS. Do employees realize customers can watch what and how they are acting and treating our vehicles??? Male employees can stop flirting with female employee. Do that crap outside of work. Very disappointed in service and environment. Get your act together!!!!
