Went to have my car cleaned inside and out. Got thru the wash. When I pulled around to have the inside cleaned they told me it would be an hour. Do u think they could have said that when I paid. So then I have to park my car and go see the manger Danny at the attendant booth. I told him I can’t wait an hour he shrugs his shoulders and says nothing and asks for my card. He refunds me 20 of my 40 dollars and says nothing. I won’t be going there again.
The unlimited car wash package is great. Never disappoints me. Nick, the tunnel operator, does a fantastic job scrubbing the front of the vehicle before entering the tunnel. Thanks to all that works there for your services.

I came here I get my car cleaned inside and out the day before my wedding and it took absolutely forever. The wash was fine but I waited in line for the inside cleaning for 45 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I should also add that there were only 4 cars ahead of me that were already inside the garage getting cleaned. By the time They finally talked to me they said at least another 1.5 hours before I’d be done. What kind I car wash/vacuuming takes that long?
