Service has gone down hill over the past few months. Yesterday car wash wash worse I ever had left film all over my car had two small puddles on roof of car look green in color and the girl never wiped front of car off just little spray very little ! I wish to cancel my unlimited wash package for my 2014 Cadillac black in color I have tried to call for two days but talk to a person! If my card is charged again I will dispute the charges! RecommendedDid a pretty good job on the car but who ever cleaned the glass is off the hook. I never get the glass cleaned well when I go other places but today, it was probably the best job I have ever had ever! It was so clean everywhere you could hardly see it. Edge to edge it was amazing! Would love to know what product they use. The cost of the entire car wash was worth it for the job they did on my glass alone. Huge thanks to whom ever it was that did it!
Exterior was great ! Interior was HORRIBLE!!!!!! My wife asked me if she could take it there and I wasn’t completely on board with it but who talks back to their wife. When she got home I went out to check it out and saw the outside and said “nice”. I opened the door up and my smile turned upside down quick. Invest in a new vacuum because apparently the one you have has taken a crap. There’s more dust on the dash and armrests than there was before she took it in. The man who greeted me at the entrance. where you pick your service was very friendly. I feel the price was responsible. The tunnel does a great job of cleaning the exterior. having said that. I do the detailing afterwards myself. I would recommend the particular service that was provided
