I gave the rating a 3 because after dealing with this dealership for over 20 years (yes, check my records), I find that out sourcing your service calls to a vendor is poor customer service. I was always able to deal with one service rep and call the line direct. if he was not available, I could leave him a message and he would call back. Words cannot express how ticked I am right now. We leased a Jeep Renegade from Chapman two years ago. Our salesman was great, but since then the service department has been AWFUL. First, last year (only a year and a few months after getting the brand new Jeep Renegade) my usual mechanic informed me that my brake rotors were completely shot and it was unsafe to drive, This with less than 12k miles on it. I am always treated with friendly respectful service writers.
This dealership sold me a used Jeep that has done nothing but leak water on the inside and oil or other fluids from underneath. I've had this car in the shop multiple for times for each issue. I had to bring the vehicle back in yesterday for what I thought was an oil leak (again). Turns out, the transmission is leaking and they want 1800 to fix it because it's not covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I paid extra for when buying the car. Convenient and good group of guys. I think they conduct themselves professionally and make you feel good as a customer - provide shuttle service etc. I'd recommend using them for your FORD vehicle needs.

I had an excellent experience last Tuesday at Chapman in Horsham. John Ferino got me right in. He said it may take 2 hours to do the yearly inspection but he got me out of there in a little over an hour. I had also forgotten to renew my registration and he helped me do that right there and then the inspection went on without any further hitches. Thanks John and thanks Chapman.
