1 Star Hidden fees and rebates that don’t apply to everyone. Deceitful practices. Go to an honest dealership. What you list the vehicle for should be the sales price. Was told because I didn’t have poor credit and wasn’t in the military I would have to pay $3500 more than the advertised price.

Your dealership, along with the Ford company is a joke. I had to contact a lemon lawyer because I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus with a faulty transmission. Your Ford reps tried to contact your dealership multiple times for weeks trying to assist me in selling back my car. my lawyer just contacted me today, asking me if I can find another dealership to deal with, because your Ford representatives are sick of dealing with your dealership. Wow Chapman....
I’ll start that I’ll say that my salesman was great to work with. I will continue by saying I will never lease or purchase anything from Chapman ever again. I have purchased many vehicles, this was the first one I’ve leased and now I literally can’t get out of it or trade it in without having to put 10k down. I’ve NEVER been upside down on a vehicle. Even my lender, who I’m leased through told me that what they sent over is horrible and to try and get out of it as soon as possible. So thank you Chapman, I can’t even go back ... read more
Worst service center. Don’t waste your time. Scheduled an appointment for specific services, the employee I dealt with was condescending and basically blew off every statement/request that was made. Told my car was fixed, pick it up and nothing was done! “Bring it back first thing Friday morning”..... right, because everyone has time to keep returning to a facility that can’t do the job correctly in the first place! Such a waste.
My car was towed this past Wednesday night and Thursday morning I get a call my car can’t be service until next week because they are behind and only have 1 master technician. Beyond ridiculously and they haven’t even offered a free rental car. I do not recommend Chrysler service
