Drove over 2 hrs to this dealership only to be disappointed. Offered the absolute lowest slap in the face offer on our 2018 Subaru. Went to another dealer and received over $3000 more for our trade than Chapman offered. You would think they valued customers especially when they came to spend over 50k on a new vehicle. Last night had an amazing car buying experience. Ryan Reed took care of me and my whole family and stayed with us until past 8pm on a Saturday to get our deal done and get us the car I wanted. Displayed all the characteristics I would want in an employee who worked for me. I have a car to buy I am only making one call and only making one drive. Thank you to Ryan, John and the entire team at Chapman who made this our best car buying experience ever.
Very friendly service department. They never over sell me and are honest. Only issue that gets me every time is the mechanics leave all their trash in my car. Every single time! The experience is great all the way through and it’s ruined at the end as the last thing I see.
Went to the ford dealer for a new van and never received a call back and went to a different dealer and bought one.It was two years later and I went to look at a new Ram 2500 and got the same treatment.I will never buy a thing from them
I purchased my Ford Escape this past Sat. I called ahead of time telling them I was coming in. My salesman Mike was waiting for me when I got to the door. I took a few SUV's out for test drives. Mike was great with understanding what I was looking for. The whole crew was wonderful to work with Dave really worked hard to get me into this Edge. There were a few bumps before leaving the dealership with my new car but it all worked out in the end!!! Great working with you guys I will be back when my lease is up!!!!
