I went for an oil change and inspection and the service department could not handle that simple task. I was misquoted in the phone when I asked the price of an oil change. my 2018 uses a synthetic blend, not regular oil. and it does not need full synthetic. they were wrong, rude, interrupted me, were argumemtative children. I spoke to someone named Steve, who was supposed to be the General Manager. he started out trying to blame me, Nd was pretty much condescending, interruptive, and useless. DO NOT GO HETE FOR SERVICE.

Cannot say enough great things about our experience here!! Jess was great to us from the start took care of everything right over the phone and Rich S. got us an amazing deal to get my husband into his Compass with no back and forth haggling. Terrible service. Had my car towed today. Only 28k miles. Alfredo in service really didn’t care. I was told by the floor manager they will get me a loaner. Also incorrect. Really bad experience Thank god for AAA. Chrysler Road Service never worked, and they never called back. One and done here, just not enough reliability.
They have the best deals and rebates on their cars. They have all the cool obnoxious colors. I was able to but an orange Jeep Wrangler that I’ve always wanted! Thanks the the dealer Kevin, I was able to get a lower monthly than I was expecting ! He was also true to his word and sent me a Jeep hat a few days later as part of our deal. Awesome and down to earth employees, I definitely recommend this dealership! 😊
I would definitely recommend Chapman to anyone in the market for purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. I reached out to Michael Chapman Jr. before heading to the dealership who put me in touch with a person in their sales department who called me within 10 minutes of reaching out. I dealt directly with Ken Marko who was very helpful and knowledgeable about all vehicles on the lot. I left with a great deal on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the experience couldn’t have been better! Chapman-when you’re there, you’re family!
they are a bunch of lying people who are experienced in ripping people off..they take classes once a week on how to squeeze every penny out of you spending as much money
