Fred Bell was our salesman. The car we wanted was on a lot an hour away and he got it to the lot in Horsham in 2 days for us to look at it. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He made the process quick and easy even though we didn’t get to the dealership until 7pm. He stayed an hour past closing to make sure everything was done and the car was cleaned and given a full tank of gas before we took it home, and didn’t complain or act like we were a bother even though it was past closing. I purchased my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo at Chapman’s in November 2013. My experiences with Chapman from purchase to maintenance has been the best I’ve EVER experienced with a dealership. It is so easy and in complicated to get an appointment that is convenient to my schedule. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, professional and accommodating.
Sitting in the lounge watching the employees gorilla grip the snacks. Apparently the tongs are just for show, that or they just don’t understand the concept. 8 for 8 went bare handed in the community treats. Last time I was here there was half a cookie. Little things like this say a lot about the staff.
