Joe in the Service Department was able to get both vehicles completed in a short period of time. I had questions about my new Dodge Ram concerning services and answered all questions. All of my vehicles come to Joe! Very knowledgeable in all areas. Great asset, great professional and dedicated to the customer. I had passed three (3) local Ford Dealers in order to take my vehicles to get service at Chapman Ford in Horsham.
I purchased my car here and even though I live 10 minutes from the closest Jeep dealer, I will continue to make the trek out to Horsham just because the service here is so good. Alfredo Vaz is awesome. He explains things really well and is always pleasant.
Had another great experience with my New Grand Cherokee, had a screw in my tire and brought it in for service and I can't say enough good things about Alfredo the service manager. They unfortunately didn't have the tire I needed in stock but Alfredo was able to get it ordered and my car was fixed the next day! Thankfully when I purchased the vehicle it was highly recommended that I get the Total Care warranty and it has saved me probably close to $1,000 so far and I've only had the vehicle for a few months. From my initial purchase experience with my salesman, Kenny, to the fantastic service... I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I live over an hour and 15 minutes away, yet I continue to bring my vehicle back for service because I know it will be fixed properly and in a timely fashion. The service team always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction!!!
