I went through their "online submission form" to receive a call about a new Ram. I wound up having to call them after 3 or 4 emails that kept asking me the same information i already submitted. Turns out the price their vehicles are advertised for on many of the new vehicle sites is wayyyy below what the actual sale price is. Their quoted price to me was $11,000 more than the truck was listed for on their website!!! Refused to sell truck for their listed price and i was offering to pay in full on the spot. If i could rate a 0 i would. I had an appointment to get my car fix. They cancel the appointment becuase all the parts didnt come in. They made it the next week. Took my car in on a monday so tuesday they could work on it. They OVER schedule pushed my car back. Ita thursday And maybe ill have it back Friday. The job was to take a day to do. They gave me a rental but the rental had to take $50 of my money until i bring it back. Not happy at all. I will never go back there again
