Had gas smell in cabin of vehicle. Bob behind the Ford Service desk was professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Initial diagnosis of mechanic was challenged by Bob and revisited the following morning. The final result was more than satisfactory. I've been a long time customer and it just seems that service and interaction with the customer continues to be at a high level. Although, I do mist Mariano.
