Champion switched my account to their sister company, North American Power. Since I didn't have a contract, they were charging me double what my electric company would charge me for 4 months!!! They said that because I didn't have a contract with them, my rate was higher. Well in the letter where they notified me that they were transferring my account they said I didn't have to do anything. I will never pick this company or North American Power to supply my electric and don't recommend them because what they did is unethical... read more

They didn't tell me about hidden fees. The Champion energy fee? What the heck is that? My energy costs have gone sky high. Now they want me to pay $250. to change providers. Don't think I can recommend this company. They are full of hidden fees they don't share with you when you call them for information,
