This review is for Ms. Briona Craig. I called from Houston, Texas. She was exceptional, since champion energy services had the system transition change I have been having issues accessing my account online for MONTHS! I called several times and each time the agent would tell me there is nothing they can do and will just send me my bill via email. I just received my 1st bill for 1 month and I'm extremely impressed and shocked! It was only $48.70 for my May bill and I keep my AC on 73, and 72 at night!! A lot of the time, it's only me that lives in this small house, but still that's incredible! I sure hope it stays at a very low rate, because if it does, this company has me as a permanent customer! Compared to Iron Horse Electric, it was $100 to $120/monthy, the past several months, but they were charging other fees and they really went up quite a bit.

I've always been so impressed with Champion but today, I was blown away with their customer service! My son forgot to add my referral code to his account when he signed up for new service. But I was able to get it added as it had only been two days since he signed up and they have a three day period that they will still accept it. Fifty dollars is money we both could use and that's what Champion does for their customers! Thanks Lucero and Champion Energy Services!

Switching as a new customer. Their website sucks. First the calendar popup was grayed out so I could not choose a date to start service. The DATE was not grayed out the Calendar option was. I deleted my cache and got that to work. Then it couldn't find my address, even though there was a pop-up with my address. I started over and got past that obvious error. Then I tried to set up my account adter my "Switch" was confirmed, and it would not allow my chosen password, that was this format, but not my actual password . ... read more

I have been a customer of Champion Energy since 2019. There are no hidden fees and no minimum kwh requirement. We are moving and unfortunately the area is not deregulated. I contacted customer service and spoke to Dion in regard to a letter of credit. He has been outstanding and has kept me in the loop. This is the best service I can remember receiving.
