This review is for Ms. Briona Craig. I called from Houston, Texas. She was exceptional, since champion energy services had the system transition change I have been having issues accessing my account online for MONTHS! I called several times and each time the agent would tell me there is nothing they can do and will just send me my bill via email. Such an easy switch! Love the quick easy set up. I spent 40+ years with the same company through deregulation. They continue to increase prices, no breaks, no offers, no deals. Until they got the switch notice. Then they want your business. Champion has been wonderful, helpful with questions and absolutely transparent with pricing. I'm referring everyone I know!

I have been a customer of Champion Energy since 2019. There are no hidden fees and no minimum kwh requirement. We are moving and unfortunately the area is not deregulated. I contacted customer service and spoke to Dion in regard to a letter of credit. He has been outstanding and has kept me in the loop. This is the best service I can remember receiving.

STAY AWAY especially if you travel out of town a lot! VERY UNHAPPY!! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I would give them NEGATIVE-10! was with them for 8 years, went out of town for 6 weeks, and missed a couple of emails since i get so much spam... they only emailed me one disconnection notice of which I missed and then never sent me another and just kept on sending me latest bills indicating my bill was due at a specific date and I assumed I was on track.
