I have been with champion electric company for a year and have had nothing but great experience. Their customer service is also great. When I had an issue with my account they had a solution that best suited my customer needs. When My contract was almost up I shopped around for the lowest prices with other electric companies. The other companies were several cents more per kilowatt. I've been a customer with Champion Energy for over 4 years total now. Their prices are better than all the other competitors servicing my zip code, so I keep renewing my contracts whenever they expire. My service has been hassle-free, and only on rare occasions have I ever had to contact the service department. One time, an issue arose that required a supervisor. I just received my 1st bill for 1 month and I'm extremely impressed and shocked! It was only $48.70 for my May bill and I keep my AC on 73, and 72 at night!! A lot of the time, it's only me that lives in this small house, but still that's incredible! I sure hope it stays at a very low rate, because if it does, this company has me as a permanent customer! Compared to Iron Horse Electric, it was $100 to $120/monthy, the past several months, but they were charging other fees and they really went up quite a bit.
