I can't even find out if my brother is here because the only response I get is "we can only take a message". I tried asking VA police to do a wellness check and they couldn't even help me. I don't think this place or staff understand how anxious and scared we've been not hearing from our family member during the holidays 😡

I just spent seven hours there in the ER and never seen a doctor! Some had been there since 1:00 pm and don’t tell me about triage when you call 8 people back at one time at 3:00 am! I finally walked out at 5:30 am so I could make it to work on time! Even for a VA you are the worst I have seen!
Only can afford one doctor on staff. When your in pain 10 hours is too long to wait.,but we can afford 1 million illegals

👍👊Dr Brooks is an excellent doctor. She treats you like an individual, a person, not a thing. The doctors that I have are all excellent at the VA hospital in Temple, except for a few in the ER that are Very rude and coarse. I appreciate my doctors very much and want to say thank you to them. Thank you for taking care of me, I love you gals and guys. You are truly appreciated.👍👊🇺🇸🇺🇸👋
