From 2009-2016 my care was handled greatly and with compassion as well. Now since 2017 there have been NUMEROUS administrative errors and communication failure on the VA's part. 1. I requested a transfer in 2017 to the Tyler area since I now live over 4 hours from Temple where I was registered and had all of my medical records at. Sat in emergency room for 5 hours. Asked how much longer and was told probably 2 more hours.
Are you kidding, I am sitting in the emergency clinic (no such thing as a an emergency room) since 11a and it’s 1518 and I have yet seen a doctor. 2min and I am checking out. Come Monday there will be an interesting conversation made. Who would let any emergency clinic/room or anything allow ONE doctor, and everyone else on vacation. THIS IS THE TEMPLE VA TREATS IT VETS. SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY TRULY DONT CARE.

RecommendedThe service here was great. I usually visit the VA clinic in Austin since that is where I am and the service is always excellent. I came here for a specific procedure and the service was just as good. Perfect!
this is not about temple but I have been in that so called hospital I live in tennesse 45 miles from Nashville and the hospital here is great the doc and nursers are really great food good and pleanty of it don't want to sound like a broke record but it a darn good hospital they got a van that picks us up and brings us back
Just had my new patient appointment at Temple VA. Nurse Ireland was thorough. We discussed every issue from head to toe as she was easy to talk to. You can tell she sincerely loves working for vets.
