Amazing staff!!! The physicians the nurses all had my husbands best interest at heart ♥️ praying nurses praying doctors and their focus on the quality care of the patient. I am so proud of them all. Awesome staff and Doctors
Customer relations is not that hard. Checked in as a walk in. Asked was there any idea what the wait time might be. Answer back was, No I cant help you. I asked, 10 minutes 3hours im ok with a your best guess. Answer sorry I cannot help you please take a seat. I walked around the corner there were 100 waiting.
I have had many good experiences over the last 17 years. An if they can't provide it there is a civilian hospital just up the road. I have had several surgeries at both locations

the E R is one of the worst in the country....you could die waiting to see a doctor.....they are in no hurry to help anyone....
If these doctors would work in a civilian environment, they would be fired. Rude and indifferent doctors that have an imprisoned clientele, who they think they can abuse. A bureaucratic machine that needs to be shut down and handed to civilian care system with accountability for these rude individuals who think they can treat our Soldiers as secondhand citizens.
