Excellent knowledge of eye issues and how to treat them. Presents information to the me (and my wife) that is easily understood. Everything regarding one’s eyes are discussed so when the visit is completed, there are no unanswered questions.

Dr Gross warmly welcomed me; I am a longtime patient. Her staff did the preliminary work thoroughly and with good humor. Dr. Gross did a thorough examination, explaining as she proceeded. She answered all my questions.
I was at Dr Gross's office for pre cataract surgery consultation. She is an excellent eye doctor with great mannerism and patient relationship. She's very patient and explains in great detail everything that is involved with the surgery and recovery. I have scheduled my surgery for December as this is the 'go to' eye surgeon for cataract surgery.
Dr. Gross Was extremely considerate and patient with my questions and concerns about my surgical procedure. She went into details of the surgery procedure and was very considerate of my concerns. Dr Gross is very professional but in a down to earth way. Puts you at ease and asks questions about your eye health but also about your general health issues which I’m sure is all related to your eye health. She has performed two procedures on me and I was never worried a bit. She has my full confidence. Sometimes takes a while to get an appointment, but well worth the wait. I hope I never have to see anyone else.
The entire staff was courteous, professional, patient. Appointment was on time. Dr. Gross a pleasure to work with. My first cataract surgery produced 20-20 vision for distance. Remarkable!
