Good luck calling and getting the right department within a half hour. I was transferred 4 xsvas a new patient. I decided I don’t have time or energy for business that can’t simply say to schedule an appointment press 1. Duh.

My doctor sent me here because my pneumonia is getting worse. They triaged me and sent me back to the waiting room to wait. I have an iv hep lock in my arm. No one has checked on my. This is ridiculous. All these people are waiting! Have been triaged and sent back to wait. I thought this was a level 1 trauma center. What is going on here??? 😠

Been sitting in a dirty room for over an hour and not ONCE has ANYONE came in to check on my fiancé’s well being. If you’re busy, I get it.... BUT, check in on ur patients every now and then to make sure they’re still ALIVE!!!
RecommendedMy son Matteo was treated in the NICU department until he was 2 weeks old. The staff was absolutely amazing! We remained informed at all times during our entire two week stay, they referred us to the RMH and made the best out of our not so wonderful experience due to my sons illness..
