RecommendedI recently received a transplant at Northwestern, and had to return to the DR in August. I had to wait for a very long time, but in the end, it was worth it to be admitted to the transplant unit where my doctors "run the show". Some of the staff at the front desk could use a little "sensitivity training" though. Good luck calling and getting the right department within a half hour. I was transferred 4 xsvas a new patient. I decided I don’t have time or energy for business that can’t simply say to schedule an appointment press 1. Duh.
