Had a colonoscopy. EVERYONE I spoke to and/or dealt with was amazing. All doctors, nurses and staff were very professional.
I have been twice and seen late each time. Why do I have to be thirty minutes early to be seen late. People are ho sat after me were seen before me. Not happy.
God help you if you get hurt and go to the ER at night in Montgomery I went for a possible torn bicep musle and got some xrays a shot and sent home said nothing showed on the xray but musles and tendons don't show on xrays after driving 92 miles this is all I get come on people
Get rid of the civilian help and put in an accountable system that would get rid of bad employees and doctors !
The staff is great, but why is no one addressing the issues with the handicap parking and those with no tag or parking sticker are parking in all of the spaces ? I had to park way out with my handicap grandfather who is in a wheel chair and roll him up the doors. This is ridiculous and NO ONE is doing anything about it. It’s sad.
If you try to call the pharmacy after 3pm, you're placed on hold until 4pm. Then you get hung up on. You then are transferred to the after hours help line nurse. I did this and was transferred again to triage help line nurse and was on hold for a total of 30 minutes. This VA is the world's worst in patient care and concerns. I now have to wait until I see my doctor on my next visit concerning my medication.
How about have someone answer a damn phone every once and a while!!!! Trying to get an appointment is fucking horrible
