The only reason for two stars is the triage nurse Mrs.Mary. She was kind and sweet. I was there for ptsd, dislocated kneecap and a torn meniscus. Not only in pain but trying not to feel like killing myself. Just to be treated so rudely. I felt like such a inconvenience and stupid because I was my first time ever at the VA. I was there for hours just to find out they don't know if they can treat me at all and to come back another day. This is aweful.. I pray for all my brothers and sisters who will ever have to deal with this... read more
