Tuesday is Montgomery VA appointment with the bone doctor about my right knee cap it is now retaining water once again and hurts like the dickens. I asked the new Primary care doc for an appointment and walla I got one with in 2 weeks a record. I think this new Dr. Ramroop is on top of things so she says she is going to take care of my needs and meds... Thank you Dr. Ramroop. I appreciate your decision to employ with the VA, we need more concerned doctors who are not burned out working for us Vets.... Thanks again Doc.
Nothing has really Improved over the 30+ year's I've been getting Health Care at the VA
The pharmacy is so slow and very rude.4 hours 2 get a Rx filled and there was me and one other veteran. I work for a living and I have to take a day off once a month to do this along with mediocre service, very sadd. Also where o they hide the white employees, I'm sure there's no systematic basis
I had a great experience last night. My nurse, I wish I remember his name was fantastic and through. Mr. Doctor, Dr. O'Donald was great and attentive. I came out feeling better, and feeling confident. Thanks Montgomery VA.
I arrived at approximately 0930 hours at 1415 or 215 pm after being ignored for 4 or 5 hours I called the patient advocate from inside the hospital. My call was overheard by one of the physician on duty then I became a priority so finally he exams me and then it's determined that I need to go to Chantjlly Va for further care let me remind no xrays where ever taken. So I need you to go there for evaluating and return to Perryhill for xrays and final diagnosis, so I return and finally was discharged at approximately 1800 or 6p... read more
