The only reason for two stars is the triage nurse Mrs.Mary. She was kind and sweet. I was there for ptsd, dislocated kneecap and a torn meniscus. Not only in pain but trying not to feel like killing myself. Just to be treated so rudely. I felt like such a inconvenience and stupid because I was my first time ever at the VA. I was there for hours just to find out they don't know if they can treat me at all and to come back another day. This is aweful.. The people! Had my first visit to the VA about a month ago. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for what you do and for making me feel so welcome!
I am hands down so disgusted with the VA and dealing with the VA that I wish to God that I never served in the military and wasted my time and life for the kind of care that you give us
Community Care Program is worthless. Referral was submitted mid May. So much for expediting health care. Was told it could take 10 days to locate a provider within the network. Then told it could take 14-21 days. So far its been over 100 days
took you 3 months to authorize me to see an oncologist for cancer. y'all are the reason vets are killing themselves in record numbers. what a joke.
This place is a joke. It's a shame to treat veterans this way. We have been here over 5 hr to see the ER doctor. There were only 3 people in the waiting room when we got here and 2 came since we arrived. This is so unprofessional and slow it's not even funny. Beyond upset.

Community care is not doing their job .My primary care doctor sent in a request to community care on March 6th and community care has not did anything with it.
