The staff was great. They got my husband in for his procedure and when it was done the doctor came where I was and explained to me everything that he had done and assured me everything went well. Thanks to all of you!
My husband visited the ER last night. The lack of care he received was despicable. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. You also allowed a veteran that had been there for 5 hours walk out while you sat around the nurses station doing nothing.
I was in and out. The Dr. Quickly treated my knee and all was good.
I had to ask for the receptionist to to help me. Her cell phone conversation was pretty important.
Been here in the VA ER since before 7pm. After asking how long and when the doctor was coming, Doctor finally comes in after 1am in the morning only to tell my veteran husband he needs to see his own primary doctor but he will do labs. He didn't address my husband pains or his complaints. Didn't even introduce himself. His name was Dr. Babb.
