Mr. Lorenzo L. Is a true blessing. He always has time to talk with my parents SFC Hall and my Mom before their death.
Everything went very smoothly. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was seen by 10:40. There were times where the wait was for hours but things have gotten significantly better...Good job!

I believe all veterans should have health care no matter if combat or service connected, this facility has improved drastically, still a few areas need improvement, but overall good service
Went for my outpatient surgery was told could not do it ,had to be off my heart meds for five days prior, but nobody told me about that before so I have to get another appointment.took year to get this one
They were very good and I was seen before my appointment time. The tech and everyone else there were very polite, friendly and smiled. Of course, I had an appointment for a service connected problem not like most who use the VA because they don't have any other insurance. I don't know about what others have said but I believe many of them have not been to an ER lately before going to the VA ER. Five or more hours wait is nothing compared to Jackson or Baptist Health ER especially on a weekend.
Terrible service. Disgusting building. All the staff cares about is collecting a paycheck. Also a great place to go if you want to be sexually harrassed by the employees.

This is a great ideal, this way many veterans can tell their story. And express thier needs.
These people have the worst attitudes I have ever seen at a hospital!!!! They showed me that they really just don't give a d**n!!!!
