Pay their bills in a timely manner? It took 1-1/2 years and several 100+ mile trips to Montgomery VA to get them to pay their bills after they sent my wife (a vet) from the VA ER to a local hospital. VA kept denying to pay and we kept getting the bills.
they could actually care about our veterans, my fiance is been waiting for an appointment for the pain clinic, but his doctor doesn't seem to care, when he wants to talk to her she is not there or doesn't want to talk
Would be nice if they actually cared about the patients. This place is a joke. Waited for 3 hours before they told me that they never checked my sister in... then acted like it was our fault. If you do get an appointment it's about 4 to 5 months away. The only one that was extremely helpful and nice was the triage nurse.
I entered the ER at 1700 and I still haven’t been seen, it’s now 2218

Waiting on hold for a referral. This is insane ! 6 hours plus and still on hold!
Been on hold since 945 this morning trying to renew my apts through Community Care scheduling. They have one person handing the whole south/central state of AL and GA. Use to have an answering machine...now they can't handle 5 patient schedules in 4 hours. Sad. Calling Senator Shelby. and Rep Martha Roby.
