Words can’t express how much we enjoyed our time at Longleat ...::from the min we arrived to the second we left we were amazed by the exceptional service, facilities and overall enjoyment. Totally overwhelmed by our experience and can’t wait to return. Anyone with children especially like us with an 18 month old would enjoy without a doubt 😀 Seeing deers outside the window close enough to touch was a memory we will never forget and a added bonus to our holiday x 5 stars
RUDEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ON FRONT DESK. Blonde lady, EXTREMELY CONDESENDING. WOULDN'T HELP WHATSOEVER WITH MY ISSUE. Land train doesn't work on changeover days which is no where CLEAR on the website. When you are put in the furthest possible challet and then are told you have to walk 30minutes to the shuttle for the car park and you have limited mobility, the best possible answer would be "yes, you can bring your car in the night before", not "There's nothing we can do and it DOES say on the website the land train... read more
Had the most fantastic time. What made the stay even greater was the happy and helpful staff. Never have I been anywhere before where the staff are so pleasant
