As is always the case everybody beyond the reception area is friendly, professional and competent. The front reception desk needs help with regards to friendliness. It is a most unwelcoming experience.

I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Shoemaker and his staff. He is the best in his field and he has put a wonderful program in place. The process is like a well-oiled machine. But his staff that moves you through the experience are skilled and professional yet balanced with a kindness and caring that makes you as the patient feel relaxed and confident that you are in the best hands!

Very efficient operation. I was kept informed of every step of the process throughout the procedures. I used their transportation service and it was perfection on both days. This service could not be better.
Dr. Shoemaker is a wonderful caring doctor. He took time to answer all my questions about the surgery. Everyone working in his office explained everything concerning the tests and the operation. I am very happy with the results.
