My visit went well. The staff was very helpful to explain each procedure, I had time to ask questions I did feel rush follow-up went very well. I appreciate the service and yes I would recommend Center For Sight to my friends and family

Dr. Shoemaker is highly qualified and an excellent surgeon/physician. He was professional and courteous at all times. He also has outstanding staff members.
Dr. Shoemaker is fantastic. On my initial visit he was well informed regarding my vision needs (he knew I was as avid reader). He was friendly but very professional and I appreciated the fact that he did not waste my or his time. My cataract surgery was a great experience. The staff is a well oiled machine but everyone was extremely kind and I never felt rushed. They continually checked to make sure I was comfortable and did not need anything. I highly recommend Dr. Shoemaker and the Center For Sight!

Let’s stay focused on why Dr. Shoemaker rates a 5-star. I’ve had “eye problems” for years, and my treating ophthalmologist referred me to Dr. Shoemaker for removal of a cataract, which is “all he does” in his group medical practice. Within 24 hours my vision was fully restored with no medical issues - none - from the procedure. What they do is amazing but definitely assembly line. Someone forgot to give me the info packet at my first visit so I went in not knowing that your lens is removed in the laser room and new inserted as part 2 in another place. ...nurse almost forgot the versed until I asked for it. Never saw Dr Shoemaker who did the surgery. Results are terrific.....would be nice to address a little more soft touch to the high tech....
Most of the staff was great. However, Dr. Shoemaker and his assistant had no time for my questions or concerns. In fact, Dr. Shoemaker was unaware that I had been there previously for epi-lasik surgery which had failed. He appeared to have never looked at my chart prior to seeing me.
Yes, I definitely would recommend Dr Shoemaker to friends and family. After doing much research I chose him feeling that he was the most qualified and educated to work on my eyes. At my first appointment I found him to be kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable.
