Good enough with a car purchase, cheaper at some Toyota dealerships elsewhere. Their service department is often slow and for me often late getting my car in.
Typically poor, slow service. They made a big deal about their new facility to improve service, but didn't.
Had a scheduled appointment at 11:00 and didn't leave until 1:00 and all they did was change the oil. Tried to charge me for rorating the tires but was told that they didn't do that. The gal who checked me out didn't even bother to verify what work was done. Was seriously thinking of buying another vehicle (We have 4 Toyotas right now)but we won't be going back to this dealership.
People are friendly they got me in and out their quick Lube and did a great job with that including washing my van
We have purchased our last three vehicles from Cedar Rapids, and the experience has been smooth and pleasant each time. Excellent communication, no high pressure sales tactics, and they really value our business! Will visit again!
Was offered a complimentary car wash and got deleted on my sales slip..
What a joke! These people are very dishonest and rude. My husband was told a price and a value for his trade in and was considering a purchase. He picked me up to look at it again and talk numbers. The sales person (who claimed to have 30 years of sales experience) gave us the wrong price and then offered $1,200 LESS than what he originally offered. He then tried to tell us he wasn't offering less. The vehicle was priced at $34,500 (this was the online price) and he was trying to sell it for $36,700 (apparently "his" price).... read more
