Just bought a 2018 Highlander, my 3rd vehicle from Cedar Rapids Toyota, and it was so easy! I knew what I should pay for the vehicle before I went in. I test drove it, was given a quote withing a couple hundred dollars of what I thought I should pay and was out the door in an hour. When I left to think about it they did not pressure me at all to "buy today". They never called me at home and bugged me unlike another C.R. dealership! As far as sales they helped us get what we wanted and what we needed, and were extremely respectful of us and our decisions, couldn’t have been happier with my experience here!
They have never done anything to complain about. I cannot say that about other dealers in town. When CR Toyota does disappoint, I will complain.
