Early this year Alan helped us out with purchasing a gorgeous Jeep Compass so we knew when it was time to buy a second vehicle, we were going back to him. As always, a nice experience from a dealership that really cares about its customers. They were extremely busy but still aware of individual needs. Also, it cost nothing more than I was quoted.
Everyone was great at this location. Very friendly, great facility, good selection, one of the fastest processes to finish the sale I've experienced. Everyone at this location seemed to generally like Toyota instead of just trying to sell it.
We have purchased our last 2 cars from Cedar Rapids Toyota and both experiences were absolutely amazing. We will probably never purchase another vehicle from a different dealership! Thank you for taking the stress out of car buying!
I cannot say enough for the customer service at this Toyota, especially Andy Kiesey in the Service Center, who was incredibly patient and helpful! I would definitely recommend this location and have nothing but positive things to say about the employees. You've made a customer for life! :)
