I recently visited CR Toyota and ended up purchasing a new 2017 RAV4. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience at the dealership. I just bought a 2016 RAV4 and absolutely love it!!! Wish I would have bought it sooner. Toyota made everything quick and easy to do. Financial stuff wasn't as boring as you might think it is. Curt did a nice job keeping it up beat. Terry was amazing at showing me all the features that the RAV4 comes with. I kind of felt like a new employee on the first day of a new job. Although I did not buy my vehicle from Cedar Rapids Toyota, their service department has treated me like a VIP customer since I first brought it in. Excellent communication, fair prices for service, and a great lounge with charging devices, food and drink.
