Great people great service and quick and the waiting lounge and the free coffee were nice too.
I used the Quick Lube for an oil change and tire rotation. Took less than 45 minutes and the waiting area is great!
Alan was great. He sold me my first ever Toyota, a 2017 Rav 4 and I just love it. Alan really went above and beyond and added his personal touch. It's like we have know him for years. He is very nice and probably the best car sales person that I've ever delt with. He made sure why knew everything about the Rav before we left and even did the programming and added or phones to the blue tooth and set our radio stations. Alan, you are fantastic and we will be back asking for you when we are ready for a new car again.
Cedar Rapids Toyota has amazing customer service! I bought a new 4-Runner and the entire experience beginning to end has been excellent! The staff at CR toyota went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This is my 10th 4-Runner and I wouldn't trade my experience at CR Toyota. Hats off to John Nuss and the entire staff.
