Won't negotiate much on prices. Responds to detailed price quote requests with a literal copy and paste of their web site info for a vehicle. You may save a lot if you go to a dealer in a big city where there is competition.

We purchased our certified used Corolla today from Paul. He's the best. We purchased two Corolla's from him 15 years ago, and he has remembered us all these years. He always says hi and calls us by name if he sees us when we're in for an oil change. Paul's the reason we went back to CR Toyota, and he's the reason we refer people there.
