I purchased a wonderful Highlander from Cedar Rapids Toyota. In the process of oil changes and tire rotations, we found that we were charged for a tire rotation that was never done. We gave the management staff the proof. They dismissed us, never offered a refund nor did they make any attempt to rectify the situation. Thanks to Goodyear on Williams Blvd. in Cedar Rapids for documenting everything. It was sent to the Iowa attorney general and national Toyota. 17 cars in the service bay this morning ahead of us. we had an 830 appointment, arrived at 815. we were done by 9am. super friendly service. kids room to entertain the little ones. popcorn, pop, coffee, cookies and pies...Cedar Rapids Toyota brings service to another level. thank you for your example of how to exceed experience expectations.
