I was driving down the highway on the way to a dog show in Amana from my home in Minneapolis when my brake light came. Just happened to see the Toyota sign from the road, pulled in, explained what was going on, and they had me pull right right into the service bay. No brake fluid, right rear caliper broken, and 3 pm on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Customer service would be a great place to start. They made the message abundantly clear that they did not want to do business with us. Over a period of days we did not receive promised communication regarding our trade in vehicles then a scheduled appointment was canceled on their end. We decided enough was enough of this kind of treatment and went elsewhere and finished the entire trade for a new vehicle in less than 3 hours. 5 thumbs down for CR Toyota
