I reached out to an employee who works at CDW by the name Anne ***** (she works as an eCommerce Product Manager) for a few questions, and WOW, not only was she extremely rude, she treated me in quite a passive aggressive manner. She seemed genuine at times when asking for help, but vacillated between being genuine and being snarky. I will not be buying from CDW as a result, and will share my experience with colleagues in my industry. Really, one bad egg can spoil the whole batch. Shame on you, Anne!
I order Corsair Dominator Platinum - DDR4 - 32 GB: 4 x 8 GB - DIMM 288-pin back on 12/29/2017 and the website told me to call on available so I did. Made a rather large order on 12/20/17. Sales assistant assigned to me said product was on back order and that it would take a few weeks. After a few weeks I contacted and they said it was still on back order but it will be shipped. More time went by and I called again. Couldn't get a hold of my rep and he didn't didn't respond to my phone messages so I called the 800#.They now said my order would cost more and re billed my purchase order but product still not shipped. On Feb. 9th, I placed an order for an item. I was able to add the item to my cart, checkout, and the company authorized my credit card. A week later I hadn't received any shipping confirmation so I inquired. I was told they had a few of these cards in stock but that due to a shortage they had gone way up in price. They would not honor my purchase at the agreed upon price when I completed my purchase. I would guess that they would rather sell MY card to someone else at the higher price. I would avoid this company.
Don't tell someone it will take one to two weeks to send something, then three weeks later after I had to contact you about my items not showing up instead of an apology I'm told the price has gone up 20% for me (when I've passed up much better deals from other large on-line stores bc I've already given you my payment info), and that it will be yet a few more weeks until in stock. Nothing but a huge headache. Sales account rep doesn't follow up, they don't pick up their phone, emails are replied in 24hrs - never, can't get our order correct, horrible customer service. We have been a loyal customer to CDW for years but not after they dropped our assigned account manager. If you spend a lot of money purchasing from CDW like we have in the past, they will love you, if they see you don't order as much, they will drop your account rep, assign you to general sales, and tell you to F off. I purchased a product in the evening through the CDW website. In the morning a rep called me to tell me the product purchased was no longer available for that price. I questioned why this could be as the offer was accepted and a confirmation was sent. The rep and her manager did nothing to assist me and only reiterated terms and conditions. I would have thought an online retailer would be prepared to sell and ship online. This organization proved otherwise and I will not be using them in the future.
Business cannot return a simple email message for a quote on software. I have sent THREE messages and all were ignored. This company is run by incompetents. I have clearly been discriminated against.

I have placed an order with my credit card. They said they can not verify the credit card. If So how come you charged me? I asked them if you are scared of dispute charge ****, I am going to send my credit card information with my identification. Still, they only accept wire transfers. ******* *** *****, ****** ***y is way better than these people.
