Poor costumer service. Never received my order. Hard to reach costumer service or get updates on my shipment. Decided to cancel my order after waiting for more than a month. I recommend you buy from someone more reliable!
I placed an order for a cisco router in beginning of the May. The item did not come and no one answers the phone. Called three times and every time keep saying "ok, let me transfer you", Then got hand up. What kind of business are this? Is my order not big enough so no one cares? Ridiculous. Zero star!
Terrible company. i bought a printer that the website said would be delivered three weeks ago. i called a week ago and they said they would know in 48 hours and I would get an email update to my three unanswered email inquiries. Nothing. I am now on hold... Also, my employer ordered me a Microsurface laptop that arrived in two days. When I opened the box, my son asked why it wasn't in a Microsoft box. I recently placed an order for item that was on back order. The item did not come in per what the representative indicated. I have called 3 times, sent my acct rep a message, and cannot get a reply. All i want is my order to be cancelled and my CC to be refunded. I have spent over 2 hours dealing with this and so done with CDW! Do not buy from them!
I ordered a monitor 3 days ago, I was excited for a good deal. 3 days went by and I get an email the monitor is on back order 8-10 weeks. WHAT?! How about some transparency on item availability before someone orders? This is so unprofessional.
I recently placed a small order with CDW. Received confirmation. It’s now been over a week and haven’t received anything further. Sent two emails about my order status, no reply. I completely understand that these are unprecedented times, but this is apparently a Fortune 500 company. A simple email reply isn’t a lot to ask.

The turn around time for response to emails has definitely been high. I would like to suggest that for now maybe the customer could call us at 800.800.4239 option 2. I contacted Chris ******* by email (******* at cdw dot com) on 4/2/2020 requesting a quote for an item. I didn't receive a response so I called Chris on the morning of 4/7/2020. He picked up and introduced himself. I introduced myself and without any other response he put me into a waiting queue. After waiting about a minute or two, the phone system dropped me from the call. Ordered on CDW online 2 seats of AutoCAD LT software and received an email with the receipt. I waited for a day for another email with instructions and License numbers so be able to get my employees going on a very important urgent project that we just started working on.
