I ordered a new printer in early December and added "Rush" to the order since my printer was broken. By late January, I had not received it and there had been no communication from CDW. I cancelled the order. The printer arrived at my house on February 25, almost 3 months after ordering it. I bought one from Staples back in January so i don't need this one. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. This is the last time I order anything from CDW.
Ordered item was never received. Customer service refused refund. AVOID!
Between Nov 2020 and Feb 2021, my CDW Canada customer service experience has been horrible. I ordered a laptop that was to ship within 3-6 days, it said; but after waiting 1.5 months, I changed my order (with some difficulty) to one they had ready to ship. Nothing wrong with the laptop, but unfortunately, it wasn't as powerful as I had hoped, and so put in an RMA request within my 30-day window. Still waiting on that, 10 days later. Our CDW Canada customer service team reached out to the customer today. They called customer to ensure he received the waybill that was sent out earlier today & offer any further assistance. The customer confirmed that he did receive the waybill and have scheduled the carrier for the pickup. They reviewed the return credit process with him. He was happy we called & said thank you very much for reaching out and confirming!
Paid for a graphic card on 10/12/21 I get a email today 1/15/21 said that since the card has a tariff u need to cover the extra cost. That total BS u don’t have ur customers that already payed A price tag And expect them to pay more cus there is higher tax on a item. That’s not the consumers fault . that is already marked up more then msrp. This place is a scam don’t do any back order . They just charge u more in 3 months .
AWFUL experience with CDW Canada. I had big problems with processing a return for a defective laptop!!!! I was calling multiple times a week with nothing being done to further my return request. I had proof of conversation with the manufacturer of the laptop that the trouble I was having was from being sold a defective device and my emails were still ignored, the account manager did not even submit this proof to my case for a return!! As you can tell by the correspondence below, CDW has been less than cooperative about reimbursing me for my April order of a ******** ** ***Webcam. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED FOR THIS ORDER AND IT'S SEVEN MONTHS LATER! Email on August 12, 2020 from me after 4 months of waiting for the back-ordered webcam. Worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 monitors online on June 29, 2020, did not hear back from the company. Phoned a couple of weeks later and was told that the order was not processed due to the billing address not matching for the credit card that was used. I politely asked why we were not notified that the order did not go through and was just told we did not contact you. Ordered from cdw.ca as I live in Canada. Order never shipped after a month, multiple phone calls and emails. I was given multiple ship dates which were all missed, and I struggled to find anyone in Canada on their support line that could actually help me. Cancelled order after a month; don't waste your time, take your business elsewhere.
Poor costumer service. Never received my order. its been over 3 weeks no update on the order..
