Had used this company for a couple years with no problems, but will never use them again.Company charged our Credit Card when nothing was ordered. They tried to charge 3 different amounts. Not even an order showing on our online account.Had to report the charge to *** fraud. Do not give this company any of your banking info or credit card #.

Horrible service. They kept making excuses as to why an order wasn't being shipped, eventually wanted to keep my company's credit card information on file and made a huge deal out of purchasing a mouse. Found the same mouse on Amazon for cheaper. Will never shop here again.

Just needed to renew our Adobe subscription but getting no response from our sales rep who is in charge of the account. It's been over a week and we are still unable to use any of our Adobe software at our facility. I've left multiple emails and voice messages and still no response or action. I'm very frustrated. Next time I will make the purchase directly with Adobe.

I ordered RAM which was showing "in stock - ships the same day if ordered till...". I paid for 2day shipping for $20 because I needed that RAM. After two days I don't even have an email from them. I call, wait an hour on the phone - **** tells me my order was stuck in the system (whatever that means). He unsticks it. Five days later, I sent another email to him asking what's going on, he tells the item is on backorder!!! I was charged on day one, the second I hit the order button.

Placed an order for an item we needed, they claimed to have in stock. Expected the order within a week or two, never came. Placed the order on 5/3/2021 and its already 8/2/2021. Tried contacting the sales department several times with no response. I never received a cancelation notice or anything else since the order. I will never order anything else from them again and I don't recommend them to anyone else. I would have gave the zero stars if I could.

One of, if not, the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Couldn't even get a software sale right. Started off getting my e-mail address wrong, forgot the "c" in the ".com" (wow). I talked to multiple sales managers who never seemed to be able to answer a phone call or return an e-mail. Multiplecustomer service people could never get the mistake on their part corrected. If I coupd give this company 0 stars I would. My order has been cancelled twice without being notified and after much prodding to get information out, I found they didnt even bother to send me a notice of cancellation. I will never do business with this company, absolutely horrible business practices and worse customer service I've ever dealt with."

I ordered a printer on April 23, 2021. By May 20, 2021 I had not heard from them and there had been no communication. I tried to reach out to them but they did not return my message. So it's been a month and I'm out the money with no printer and no communication!"
