I ordered a piece of network hardware (a ***** ******** switch) based on CDW's product description which turned out to be highly inaccurate. I pointed this out to them more than once showing detailed evidence of their "mistake" which still has not been corrected. trying to buy symantec licenses. for 3 months to date. I have been leaving our contact plus 3 other personnel from cdw an email everyday in march. they all work at cdw. as they reply occasionally with 'we are working on this today, will have quote sent out to you'. i've called symantec. and we are stuck with cdw for corporate reasons ..
When purchasing 2 different all in one printers, ******* Xpress SL M-2875DW, (3 features) and ******* Xpress SL M-2885FW, (4 features) with CDW, initial contact and information very good, I even upgraded to a more expensive printer with more features on the 2nd one. Ordered several hundred dollars worth of parts and have not received any response from their sales department after weeks and several call and email attempts when it did not ship. Am currently requesting my attorney to draft a letter out of principle. Kind of sickens me that they have an A+ rating with the BBB after I researched their reputation after the fact.

I ordered a lap top from them on October 11. It was available and they took my payment. I contacted them on the 16th when I saw that they still haven't shipped my order. The guy said it was a b stock item they had one available and it would be mine and they would ship it the following morning. After not receiving an email aw but it being shipped, I called again. I had an absolutely terrible customer service experience with CDW last month. I order from them every now and then, mainly because I can usually get my items the next day. Placed on order for a monitor on July 5. Didn't receive it by July 13th. Called to check on the status and was told that "my order was hung up in the system". The customer "service" rep could do nothing. The person I was transferred to declined to pick up the phone. I was never notified of any reason for the delay or that there was in fact a delay at all. This place is a joke, they let you place an order online then few days later they call you to tell you they will not honor the price and you pretty much you have no option but either accept the new price or cancel the order. Defiantly false advertising or price gouging!!! Why would you allow for someone to place an order online and accept the order if your pricing is not accurate? Customer service is horrible and really no help. I ended up canceling my 7k order and ordering via ******. Will never shop with CDW again
