Just back from an amazing place. We were at a wedding here last year and unfortunately all rooms were booked. Decided to go back and the place itself is totally gorgeous. I don't like fuss and was looking for a peaceful day/night away which we got. Even though I believe they were booked out it barely felt like there was anyone else there. Staff covered all the necessity information needed and we didn't need to ask for anything. Food in conors bar was lovely and very relaxed. Absolutely stunning castle and grounds. Stayed in the red room and it was magical. Service was fantastic. The only negative aspect being, my husband had booked in for a hot towel shave, to be told when we arrived at the treatment room 'that there was no one qualified to do it.' Such a shame, as there was nothing else he really wanted, and ended up having to have an alternative treatment he wasn't fussed on. Pity really. Wouldn't recommend the treatment rooms to be honest. But everything else was super.
